Annual Mandatory Building Security Device Audit 2023

Dear Owners, Residents and Real Estate Agents,


We write to you as Facilities Managers in reference to the above.

As a contractual requirement Building Facilities Management will carry out a Security Device Audit, of all security devices Remotes / Fobs, to be completed by 29th February 2024.

All residents, whether an owner or a tenant, are required to complete the form either online at ( or returned form to our office until, Friday 29th February 2024.

To enable your devices to remain active, it is important that all of the correct information be provided. All of the information received will remain strictly confidential. 

The numbers required for the audit can be located on the back of the remotes and fobs as per the pictures below in red boarders.


 If the numbers on your Remotes and Fobs have worn off, please bring these to the Building Management office during office hours – (M-F 7.30 am – 4.00 pm) as they can be manually verified. Fobs or Remotes that are not identified will be voided from the access control system until audited.

No previous Audit form details will be accepted. All devices this year will need to be verified, if not recorded, those devices will be cancelled.  Any devices not recoded on completion of 2024 audit will be cancelled from the system.  

To avoid the possibility of being denied access into the building and pool facility electronically, it is imperative that forms be received prior to the expiry date mentioned above.

Nominate 2 devices for pool access ONLY. One-bedroom apartments restricted to x 1 pool access device only.    

Residents who fail to register prior will incur a reactivation fee of $25.00 per security device or remote, payable to the Owners Corporation.
