All residents, whether an owner or a tenant, are required to complete the form either online at (www.thevillagebalgowlah.com.au) or returned form to our office until, Friday 26th February 2021.

The numbers required for the audit can be located on the back of the remotes and fobs as per the pictures below in red boarders.

If the numbers on your Remotes and Fobs have worn off, please bring these to the Building Management office during office hours – (M-F 7.30 am – 4.00 pm) as they can be manually verified. Fobs or Remotes that are not identified will be voided from the access control system until audited.
